Group 1 (G1): 20 subjects will receive LASER application, 660 nm, 100 mW, 4J per point, with 4 points on the lips, energy density of 133.3 J/cm2 at each point, application time of 40 seconds per point

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years; sign the Informed Consent Form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Craniofacial anomaly or disease with neuromuscular involvement; use of myorelaxing and/or anti-inflammatory drugs; photosensitivity; pregnancy; glaucoma; undiagnosed lesion on the area to be irradiated or close to it; infection at the application site; history of cancer; use of a pacemaker or other electronic implant; having undergone previous orofacial myology therapy; presence of a beard or mustache at the time of data collection.

Expected outcome 1: electrical activity from the lips during protrusion, using surface electromyography, based on the observation of variation of amplitude in the pre and postintervention measurements.;Expected outcome 2: electrical activity from the lips during protrusion, using surface electromyography, based on the observation of variation of median frequency in the pre and postintervention measurements.
