Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants over 18 years old; minimum of 1 in the affective relationship; low repertoire of social skills; anxiety symptoms; marital dissatisfaction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with diagnosed psychiatric disorder; who are under psychological and/or psychiatric follow-up; couples who both volunteer; participants with approximation or any kind of bond with the interns who will carry out the interventions; incompatibility with the time of the intervention; psychology students or psychology professionals

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To verify the effectiveness of social skills training in people with anxiety, correction of the social skills inventory, frequency analysis, average and student t test analysis will be done and to verify the effectiveness of social skills training in people with marital dissatisfaction. Comparison analyzes between paired groups Student's t test and ANOVA test

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that social skills training increases the social skills repertoire by at least 10%, causing a decrease in anxiety symptoms, favoring the marital relationship, based on the correction of the social skills inventory, analysis of frequency, mean and analysis of student t test
