14 Years to 20 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Federated athlete; to be part of the same volleyball team, to be training and competing regularly; to have no injury or any health problem that could interfere with the result at the beginning of the experiments; to have a regular menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence in training greater than 50%; Absence in interventions greater than 50%; lesion; health problem.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate Total Quality of Recovery through the Total Quality Recovery scale (6-20). Values above 17 on the scale after the intervention will be considered ideal.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate Stress and Recovery through RESTQ. Reducing Stress Scales and Increasing Recovery Scales after the intervention will be considered ideal. ;To evaluate the Mental Fatigue through the Visual Analogical Scale of Mental Fatigue. Reduction of the values after the intervention will be considered ideal.;To evaluate the Phisical Fatigue through the Visual Analogical Scale of Phisical Fatigue. Reduction of the values after the intervention will be considered ideal.;Evaluate Humor through the Brunel Humor Scale (BRUMS). Reduced values after tension, mental confusion, depression, fatigue and anger and increased vigor values after the intervention will be considered ideal.
