Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: candidates should be between 18 and 60 years old; absence of periapical lesion; absence of gingival inflammation; Absence of root resorption external cervical; crown intact or minimally restored; absence of orthodontic appliance .; The initial tooth color should be A2 or more saturated, compared to the Vita color scale Classical (Vita Lumin, Vita Zahnfabrik, Bad Säckingen, Germany).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who had already undergone a procedure previous tooth whitening; pregnant and lactating enamel malformation.

| Expected outcome 1: Assessment of the degree of whitening in the different groups taking into account the time period, through comparison with the Vitapan Classical scale (Vita, Bad Säckingen, Germany). To verify the normality and homogeneity of variances, the Shapiro-Wilks and Levene tests were applied for quantitative parameters.
