Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find positive effects of multicomponent exercise on cognitive performance in the elderly after 16 weeks of training.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find positive effects of a multicomponent exercise program on brain oxygenation during cognitive task, motor functional capacity (cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle function, flexibility and balance) and body composition after 16 weeks of training.
