Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
"Expected outcome 1" bone mineral density will be determined through dual energy x-ray absorptiometry at the start of the study and at the end of the study; Normal / DMO density data will be used up to 1 standard deviation (SD) below the peak of bone mass; 2 - Osteopenia = BMD between 1 and 2.5 SD below peak bone mass; 3 - Osteoporosis = BMD above 2.5 SD below the bone mass peak at the beginning of the intervention and in the post intervention with better values than presented before the interventions.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
"Expected outcome 2" Decision-making; will be determined through the Iowa Gambling task at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study. There are no normative data for comparison, so the individual will be used as a parameter to evaluate improvements in the pre and post intervention.;"Expected outcome 3" Mental flexibility; will be determined through the Track Testing instrument at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study. There are no normative data for comparison, so the individual will be used as a parameter to evaluate improvements in the pre and post intervention.;"Expected outcome 4" Working memory; will be determined using the Span Span instrument at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study. There are no normative data for comparison, so the individual will be used as a parameter to evaluate improvements in the pre and post intervention.;"Expected outcome 5" Physical capacity; will be determined through the battery of Senior Fitness Test tests at the beginning of the study and at the end of the study. Their variables (flexibility, strength, agility and aerobic resistance) will be evaluated through the quantile (lower, lower, upper middle and upper middle) at the beginning of the interventions with the post evaluation waiting for an increase in position in the quartile.;"Expected outcome 6" Lean mass; will be determined through dual energy x-ray absorptiometry at the start of the study and at the end of the study. The individual will be used as a parameter to evaluate improvements in pre and post intervention.;"Expected outcome 7" Fat mass; will be determined through dual energy x-ray absorptiometry at the start of the study and at the end of the study. The percentile of body fat will be used for the fat mass, with values below 13%, between 13 and 24% as ideal, 25 to 29% with increased values and above 30% as high. Hoping to get ninor numbers after the intervention.;"Expected outcome 8" Total Body Mass; will be det
