Eligibility
Age
40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: both sexes; age between 40 to 80 years; able to perform physical activity; sedentary for at least three months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Grade III and grade IV heart failure individuals; Acute myocardial infarction; Individuals with unstable angina; Individuals with acute pericarditis; Individuals with pulmonary hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; Individuals with attendance below 80%.

| To investigate whether a virtual rehabilitation protocol through games with exercises using the method of a video game can reduce low adherence in the practice of physical activity, in addition to controlling the blood pressure of hypertensive individuals and improving the quality of life. For this, we will perform the statistical analysis using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and the Anova One-Way method to determine the differences between the intervention and control groups, followed by the Scheffé post-hoc test that will buy the values of this pre and post outcome -intervention. | — |
