Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged between 18 and 35 years; Lumbar pain of degree greater than or equal to 3 on numeric scale of pain; Pain for 12 weeks or more without this relates to any pathology or specific cause.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who have chronic low back pain of less than grade 3 and/or related to specific diseases or causes, as well as slipped discs, history of fractures in the spine, surgery, tumors, pregnancy and signs of neurological compressions; Below the age of 18 years or greater than 35; Volunteers who are receiving medical treatment and/or physical therapy will also be excluded from the search.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- Reduction in pain intensity, evaluated by numerical scale of pain, with a reduction of at least 3 points (30%) improvement.;- Reduction of central sensitization, evaluated by central awareness questionnaire (CSI), with 30% reduction in the questionnaire score.;-Reduction of signs and symptoms of cinesiofobia, measured by the scale of Tampa, with 30% reduction in the score of the questionnaire.
