Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women will be included in the study with complaints of urinary loss; over 18 years old; who do not report or present any psychiatric disorder; cognitive deficit; who are not pregnant or have last delivered less than one year; who have not undergone previous surgery for correction of IU, regardless of its time; who can read, write and understand the Portuguese language; who have WhatsApp and access to the internet
