Eligibility

Age

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individuals 18 at 80 years old, with chronic renal disease in the dialysis phase in outpatient follow-up of the referred institution

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cardiovascular diseases; neurological disorders; musculoskeletal and any other deficiencies that prevented the use of cycloergometer; with infectious inflammatory disease active in the last 6 months and patients submitted to hospital admission will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of inflammatory parameters through interleukins (IL1, IL6, IL10) before and after intervention of a program peridialitic of aerobic exercise lasting 30 minutes, in low / moderate intensity, with a frequency of 3 times a week.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Laboratory tests and KT / Vsp calculations will be evaluated the data from the patients' medical records in the pre and post intervention period of a 30-minute aerobic exercise program, in low / moderate intensity, with a frequency of 3 times a week. The following tests will be analyzed: hemoglobin (g / dl), potassium (mg / dl), sodium (mg / dl), phosphorus (mg / dl) and CRP values. The KT / Vsp was calculated using the Daugirdas formula. ;Quality of life: For the evaluation of QOL, the SF-36 questionnaire will be used comparing the pre and post-intervention period of a program of aerobic aerobic exercise lasting 30 minutes, in low / moderate intensity, with a frequency of 3 times a week.;Evaluation of cardiac autonomic modulation will be assessed using linear and non-linear Heart Rate Variability indexes comparing the pre and post-intervention period of a 30-minute aerobic exercise program, at low / moderate intensity, with a frequency of 3 times per week;Evaluation of functional capacity through the 6-minute walk test, comparing the pre and post-intervention period of a 30-minute aerobic aerobic exercise program, at low / moderate intensity, with a frequency of 3 times a week
