Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The criteria for inclusion for students participating in the stretching Group's reichiano be enrolled in any nursing course period UFAL (Federal University of Alagoas); be showing signs and symptoms of anxiety through MINI(Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview)and/or IDATE(State trait anxiety inventory). For the control group, the inclusion criteria will be the same.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Will be deleted the students who refuse to participate in the study; who have more than one absence per month in the stretch; and that change of course during the elongation step. For the control group, the exclusion criteria will be the same.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of signs and symptoms of anxiety, by conducting reichiano elongation for 5 months. The questionnaires will be applied before starting the stretching and after 5 months of reichiano elongation (before and after the intervention). Will be used: IDATE (State Trait anxiety inventory), the questionnaire for evaluating the Quality of Life- brief (WHOQOL-brief).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction of signs and symptoms of anxiety after one, three and five months of stretching. The questionnaires are applied with one, three and five months of reichiano elongation (before, during and after the intervention). Will be used the instruments: IDATE (State Trait anxiety inventory), the questionnaire for evaluating the Quality of Life-brief(WHOQOL-brief).
