Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: women aged up to 38 years; body mass index (BMI) up to 30 kg/m²; FSH dosage less than 10 mUI/ml; antral follicle count in the initial follicular phase higher than 5 follicles
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: sperm collection performed by any method other than masturbation, such as epididymal or testicular puncture; couples who did not agree with the Informed Consent Form (TCLE)
