Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective oncology breast surgeries under general anasthesia; segmentectomy with or withou axilectomy, masctectomy with or without axilectomy and breast reconstruction, american society of anethesia physical status 1, 2 and 3; body mass index lower than 30, Age over than 18 anos; hability to comprehend and answer the numeric visual scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal, history of local analgesics hipersensibility; anatomical deformities interfering the performance of erector spine block, difficult airway, inability to understand the pain score questionnarie, coagulopathies and local infection.

MeasureTime frame
In this study we are expecting to find lower consumption of opioids during surgery, and this will be measured by remifentanyl consumption;The evaluate the hemodynamics of the patients who receive the erector spine block, through hemodynamics parameters: blood pressure, cardiac rate and pain in the post anesthesia unit

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluate late postoperative pain with visual numeric scale in 1 and 3 months
