Age
5 Years to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children 5 to 10 years old with obesity according to BMI / I according to WHO and SISVAN parameters. In addition, the possibility of attending biweekly meetings for the period necessary for the development of activities together with parents and / or guardian residing in the same house.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria will be children with mental and / or psychological illness that interferes with comprehension and those who are undergoing dietary / nutritional monitoring during the period.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
As a primary outcome, it is expected that the interventions proposed in the nutritional counseling order will be more effective in adhering to new eating behaviors than prescriptive ones, due to the very nature of the problem, which is multicausal and behavioral in nature.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
As secondary outcome, the characterization of the school community will be obtained in terms of nutritional status, composed of eating habits, biochemical tests and anthropometry.
