Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be male or female individuals; Practice classical ballet at the same school; Attend the same class; Be between 7 and 25 years old at the time; Be attending regular classical ballet training at the time; Be willing to improve their motor performance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having had injuries in the three months prior to the study; Being undergoing treatment for injuries; Having untreated diseases at the time of the study; Having untreated somatosensory, visual, and/or vestibular complaints; If any of the participants refuse to sign the Informed Consent Form
