Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Professional qualifications appropriate for each stage (judges, nurses, technicians, or specialists); Minimum experience in the field (1 or 5 years, depending on the group) Specific academic background (doctorate, specialization, or relevant coursework) Active enrollment status (for undergraduate students) For postpartum women: age 18 or older, immediate postpartum period (=12 hours), rooming-in with the newborn, ability to respond to the assessment tools, and no prior instruction on newborn bathing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to meet minimum qualification requirements (e.g., Fehring score); Failure to return instruments within the scheduled timeframe; Being on leave from activities (vacation or medical leave); Suspension of enrollment in the course or specific subject (undergraduate students); Newborn hospitalized in a neonatal unit
