Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical residents of both sexes, who are attending the first (R1) or second (R2) years of training in any specialty, in any hospital in the city of Salvador will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not wanting or not being able to answer the questionnaires; To be or have been known to have a psychiatric disorder; Abandon meditation training before completing the 12-week program; Abandon the residency program for any reason, before the 12 weeks foreseen for the development of the program
