Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To analyse how much occlusion time is required for patients to achieve higher MEP values and electrical activation of the rectus abdominis muscle;Time required to achieve higher MEP values and electrical activation of the rectus abdominis muscle was 40 seconds

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
There are hemodynamic changes during the maneuver in neurological patients admitted to the intensive care unit;No hemodynamic changes were observed in the population analyzed before, during and after MEP measurements and electrical activation of the rectus abdominis muscle
