Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals over than 18 years; without comorbidities; with facial deformities; with indication for maxillomandibular surgery for correction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals requiring isolated surgery of the maxilla or mandible;individuals with diagnoses of cardiac, renal, gastrointestinal, hepatic, pulmonary, neurological, psychiatric, hematological or metabolic pathologies

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the planning accuracy of maxillary sectioning and repositioning guides, measured by pre and post surgical tomographic exams ;To evaluate the planning accuracy of conventional virtual intermediate guides, measured by pre and post surgical tomographic exams

To evaluate surgical time by procedure timing ;To evaluate the ease of use of the planning techniques by using specific questionnaire;To measure the maxilla position on the x, y and z axes by pre and post surgical tomographic exams ;To measure the mandible position on the x, y and z axes by pre and post surgical tomographic exams
