This controlled and randomized clinical trial will include 80 patients previously submitted to head and neck radiotherapy who require tooth extraction. Participants will be allocated into four postope
E-CV/AH will use green tea and hyaluronic acid mouthwash every 8 hours for 14 days
G-CV/AH will apply green tea and hyaluronic acid gel five times a day for 14 days
G-CLOX will apply 0.12% chlorhexidine gel with the same frequency. Patients will undergo clin

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with head and neck cancer, of both sexes, over 18 years of age, who require tooth extractions in the context of radiotherapy treatment, either prior to its initiation or afterwards, due to oral cavity preparation or dental emergencies. All participants must agree to take part in the study and provide their signature on the Informed Consent Form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severely debilitated patients, those who do not accept or do not sign the Informed Consent Form, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with metallic artifacts that impair tomographic analysis, and those who present periapical lesions
