Interventions

#Aerobic Group associated with Resistado: Initially after a 10-minute rest, the following will be measured: PA, FC, FR, SpO2, BORG score. Then you will do aerobic training with a cycle ergometer, with
2 weekly sessions(20 patients) and 3 weekly sessions(20 patients). #Aerobic Group: Initially after a 10-minute rest, the following will be measured: systemic blood pressure at rest (BP), heart rate (H
respiratory rate (RF)
peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2)
BORG score, then you will do aerobic training with a cycle ergometer (equipment of the research team), with moderate intensity (Borg scale between 13 and 15) for 40 minutes. Vital signs and Borg scale

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic renal patients on dialysis who come to the hospital only to undergo hemodialysis sessions; hemodynamically stable(without vasoactive drugs), with medical clearance to perform physical exercises during the hemodialysis session; able to perform cycle ergometer and / or resisted exercises; older than 18 years; who walk without assistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have difficulty understanding the commands requested during physical exercise will be excluded, which will be evaluated by the Questionnaire.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in the distance covered after performing the exercise protocol for 8 weeks, being measured through the six-minute walk test (6MWT) with a variation of at least 10% in the pre and post-intervention measurements.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Check the occurrence of adverse events after performing the exercise protocol for 8 weeks.
