Interventions

This is a randomized, single-center clinical trial in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. In which, 100 adult subjects of both sexes will be included, being distributed by si
(2) Frontal shoulder adduction and abduction
(3) Lateral shoulder adduction and abduction
(1) Knee flexion and extension
(2) Hip flexion and extension
(3) Flexion and Extension of knee and hip exercises. All exercises will be performed with monitoring of the Borg perceived exertion

Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Voluntary and consented participation; being on hemodialysis for more than three months; not present physical and motor impairments that make it impossible to perform the exercise; not have any type of medical contraindication that would make the intervention unfeasible; adult men and women; age between 18 and 59 years old; without distinction of race or ethnicity; have authorization from the medical team at the health center responsible for the patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe physical disability; osteoarticular complications that do not allow training to be carried out; recent history of acute myocardial infarction; failure to sign the agreement; severe cognitive impairment that prevents them from understanding instructions given and carrying them out safely

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that both groups will present improvements in their clinical parameters, with more significant results for the exercise group in relation to the control group, considering the analysis of body composition, phase angle, dialysis efficiency, muscle strength and quality of life at baseline. participate in the training program.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The aim is to describe the socio-anthropometric profile of individuals with Renal Disease, undergoing hemodialysis treatment, using the reading of their medical records.;The aim is to verify the role of training in muscular strength and quality of life in hemodialysis patients, hoping for a significant improvement in the intervention group in relation to the control group, which will be assessed using the quality of life questionnaire and dynamometry.
