Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers healthy, with no health problems that prevent them from practicing physical activity; aged between 10 and 14 years old; enrolled in elementary school II (6th to 9th grade); have a minimum class attendance of 75%; have a Free and Informed Consent Form signed by parents or guardians before the beginning of the interventions; sign the Free and Informed Consent Form; have their own smartphone for the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers who withdraw from the research; do not adapt to the use of the exergame.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome: Improvement in the level of physical activity, assessed by the physical activity level questionnaire, with a survey of the estimated energy expenditure in vigorous and moderate activities with questions related to the last seven days of the volunteer's experiences. The cut-off point will be 300 minutes of physical activity per week, evaluated 7 days before and after the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome: Change in eating behavior, to evaluate the consumption of food considered healthy and unhealthy, the food frequency questionnaire will be applied, consisting of questions referring to food intake in the last seven days and the previous day. Evaluated one week pre and post intervention.
