Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students of both sexes; aged between 18 and 40 years; without musculoskeletal disease or lesion in the spine or lower limbs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled systemic diseases, such as diabetes or hypertension; as well as volunteers who report systematic physical activity at least twice a week

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Presentation of the parameters used to verify if the outcome occurred: Indirect measures of force and the dynamic and static stabilities of the deep pelvic-lumbar muscles will be evaluated by a biofeedback pressure unit.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Presentation of the method to evaluate the outcome: Evaluation of trophism by ultrasonographic image.
