This study is a three arm controlled clinical trial. It has the exclusive participation of 60 male individuals diagnosed with hemophilia A or B distributed into three groups. First experimental group

Age
18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with Hemophilia A or B; Mild to Moderate or Severe Projects; male; body mass index less than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hip; knee; and ankle surgery; inability to walk with or without a device such as a cane or walker; history of bleeding into muscles or joints in the past 2 months; respiratory or neurological disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
After the training program, it is expected that they will present greater length, speed, less width and greater range of movement during gait, which can guarantee greater control of dynamic stability, higher scores on clinical scales and improvement in postural balance

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvements are expected during obstacle overcoming in the approach, overtaking and post-overcoming phases. As well as improvements in range of motion, reduction of pain and increased self-confidence.
