Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged over 60 years; female; have metabolic syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have cardiovascular disease; have liver disease; gastric disease; thyroid problems; memory problems; anxiety and sleep disorders;have physical problems that preclude training with pilates;have done in the past or is doing pilates or other form of physical exercise on a regular way; intake green tea by regular or habitual way.

Reduction of 9.0 cm (10%), abdominal circumference, based on previous studies of our research group found that an average of 99.0 with a standard deviation of 12.8 cm in waist circumference in a sample of elderly patients with syndrome metabolic
