The intervention proposal of the study is based on the sending of messages via Whattsapp about the protection measures against the use of the mask and social distance. So it will be sent to 200 people

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a cell phone and have internet access to use the Whatsapp® application; literate and ability to understand the Portuguese language and without visual and / or cognitive impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who express a desire to no longer participate in the study will be excluded; those who have lost or changed their phone number; those who are hospitalized or dying and / or those who refuse to participate in the interview to assess outcomes.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is to analyze adherence to recommendations regarding the use of masks and social distance. This outcome will be evaluated in eight moments: immediately before the messages are sent and weekly until completing 60 days. The Google Forms link with the questionnaire will be forwarded by WhatsApp® to the study participants. ;Outcome found - Good population adherence to health protection measures in pandemic times is expected

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome will be satisfaction in relation to the intervention and will be measured using the Satisfaction Scale for Automated Disease Management by Telephone after 30 and 60 days after sending messages. This scale was translated and validated for Brazil;Outcome found - It is expected a good acceptance of the population in face of the interventions performed, through messages.
