Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women over 40 years of age. Must not be involved in any regular physical exercise program. Must be fit to practice physical activity. Must not have any unstable medical conditions that prevent the practice of physical activity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a muscle and/or joint injury that occurs during the study period that prevents them from performing the training proposed in the study. Not performing the tests and examinations proposed in the study design
