Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: good oral health; needing a single implant in an edentulous space; Type II and III receptor bone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of periodontal disease; periapical lesion on the tooth adjacent to the edentulous area; need for bone graft; metabolic bone diseases; chronic use of anticoagulants or bisphosphonates; immunocompromised; smokers

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find out if there is a correlation of insertion torque and implant stability coefficient for Morse taper and external hexagon.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes are not expected
