Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Through the method of evaluating the masticatory cycles and the quality of life questionnaires, it was observed that the masticatory performance was similar in both types of occlusal schemes, increasing according to the number of masticatory cycles. The assessment of self-perceived quality of life was always better in the second masticatory assessment, regardless of the occlusal scheme, considering the level of significance of the data at 5%.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The occlusal schemes were exchanged between the groups and through the method of evaluating masticatory cycles and quality of life questionnaires, it was observed that the masticatory performance was similar in the two types of occlusal schemes, increasing according to the number of masticatory cycles. The assessment of self-perceived quality of life was always better in the second masticatory assessment, regardless of the occlusal scheme, considering the level of significance of the data at 5%.
