The present prospective study will employ a randomized controlled design with balanced parallel groups. The primary objective of the study is to assess changes in fat-free mass, while secondary outcom
2) evaluation of muscle strength using the one repetition maximum (1-RM) test
3) assessment of aerobic fitness via maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max) testing
4) measurement of quality of life using the FACT-B questionnaire

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with invasive breast carcinoma; age greater than or equal to 18 years; disease stage within I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having undergone previous treatment for cancer; having actively participated in a structured physical training program for a minimum duration of 6 months; self-report inability to engage in physical exercise; medical contraindications for physical exercise; and pregnancy
