Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women diagnosed with invasive breast carcinoma; age greater than or equal to 18 years; disease stage within I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having undergone previous treatment for cancer; having actively participated in a structured physical training program for a minimum duration of 6 months; self-report inability to engage in physical exercise; medical contraindications for physical exercise; and pregnancy
