Age
60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both sexes; age between 60 and 80 years; in home isolation; internet access with notebook and cell phone; presence of family member or caregiver nearby; no restrictions on movement in the upper limbs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who give up participating during the protocol; do not understand the commands necessary to perform the tests in the familiarization phase; are unable to perform the proposed activities

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the improvement in motor performance in the virtual reality group compared to the conventional physiotherapy group through the number of correct answers in the game and the increase in repetitions of each series of exercises before and after the game or exercise

MeasureTime frame
The virtual reality group is expected to show an increase in positive feelings and a reduction in negative feelings compared to the conventional physiotherapy group using the Brunel Mood State Scale post game or exercise;It is expected that the virtual reality group will present a higher perceived exertion than the conventional physiotherapy group using the Post-Game or Exercise Perceived Exertion Scale;The virtual reality group is expected to show increased levels of physical activity compared to the conventional physical therapy group through post-game or exercise heart rate monitoring
