Age
25 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having Chronic Kidney Disease; of either sex; aged 18 or over; undergoing stable hemodialysis for at least three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Possess any psychological disorders that make it impossible to understand the proposed study; present amputation and/or disability of lower limbs; pregnant women; high cardiovascular risk; changes in hemodialysis access; musculoskeletal complications; be a carrier of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV); have any other relevant factor identified by the researchers that affects physical activity; have participated in any physical exercise program in the last three months, such as weight training and gymnastics, systematically

Expected outcome 1: It is expected that both physical exercises, aerobic or resistance for 12 weeks, may be able to contribute to the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the population with CKD on Hemodialysis;Expected outcome 2: The CKD-F and CKD-A groups are expected to show significant decreases in systolic and diastolic pressures at all times during the hemodialysis session;Expected outcome 3: the CKD-C group is expected to show no improvement, or even worsening, in the outcomes to be analyzed;Outcome 1: Strength training, performed with elastic bands for 12 weeks, was able to contribute to the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms in the population with CKD on Hemodialysis;Outcome 2: the CKD-F group showed significant decreases in systolic and diastolic pressures, before, during and after hemodialysis, from the 1st month of intervention, which did not occur in the CKD-A group;Outcome found 3: the DRC-C group did not show significant improvements or worsening in the outcomes that were analyzed
