Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both sexes; healthy;aged 18-30 and over 60 years old; physically active; no smokers; with normal cognitive function; with a reported absence of neurological diseases (including peripheral neuropathy and psychological diseases); with no use of medication (except oral contraceptives for women); with no cardiovascular and metabolic diseases; with eumenorrhea and no pregnancy (women)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: By choice of the volunteer; exercise intolerance; intolerance or medical impediment to ingesting the temperature capsule; medical impediment of any nature
