|---|---|
| The dorsiflexion range of motion of the dominant limb was evaluated before and immediately after foam roller self-application, with a significant increase in values being found in the intervention group participants and no change in the control group after the analysis of the collected data. Regarding the squat pattern, there was an increase in dorsiflexion and a reduction in dynamic valgus in the intervention group, but without significant difference between the groups. The parameters evaluated in the squat, such as trunk inclination and knee flexion, did not show significant differences. | — |
