Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nurses; minimum age 18 years; both genders; provide direct assistance to the patient; work for at least three months at the institution; not have a temporary contract; not have undergone coaching training or have previously participated in a coaching process

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who do not attend two sessions of the intervention program; professionals who do not respond to the instruments in T7; those who leave more than 50% of the questionnaire responses blank, at any time during the research

It is expected to find the nurses' self-perception in the exercise of Leadership Coaching achieves higher scores after the intervention, verified through the Nurse's Self-Perception Questionnaire in the Exercise of Leadership, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements intervention;It is expected to find out the nurses' perception of the presence of favorable characteristics in the professional nursing practice environment after the intervention, verified using the Practice Environment Scale Instrument, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements intervention;It is expected to find out the nurses' perception of the patient's safety climate after the intervention, verified through the Safety Climate subscale, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements intervention;It hopes to find the nurses' perception of their emotional intelligence after the intervention, verified using the Schutte Emotional Intelligence Self-Report Test, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements intervention
