Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women in a closed prison system; Established legal situation (sentenced prisoners);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women in semi-open or open prison; Established legal situation (sentenced prisoners) who were working in prison or who were pregnant at the time the intervention started; Women fulfilling socio-educational measures; Women with open legal status (provisional prisoners).

Design outcomes

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find, at the end of the intervention, through the method of comparison between the scores of the scales used: Self-Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20) and Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS), a reduction of the score to levels below those found in the initial measurement.
