Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years; good general and oral health; vital healthy teeth; minimum color A2; agree and sign the informed consent form (TCLE)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bleaching procedure previously; previous dental sensitivity; dental prosthesis; fixed orthodontic appliance; restorations in the anterior superior teeth; endodontic treatment on anterosuperior teeth; gingival recessions; teeth stained by tetracycline or fluorosis; continuous use of medications; pregnant or lactating women; bruxism; smokers

| It's expected to observe the intensity of dental sensitivity, assessed through patient-reported records using the VAS (0-10). Values will be presented as mean and standard deviation;It is expected to find a difference in color between the baseline condition and 1 month after bleaching, assessed using the Vita Classical and Vita Bleachedguide shade guides, as well as the Vita Easyshade spectrophotometer. Data will be presented as means and standard deviations;It is expected to observe aesthetic self-perception. It will be assessed using the Orofacial Esthetic Scale (OES) before and after completion of the procedure. Values will be presented as mean and standard deviation;It is expected to observe the impact of oral health on quality of life, assessed using the Brazilian version of the short-form Oral Health Impact Profile (OHIP-14) which contains 14 questions, before and after completion of the whitening procedure.
