Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertensive; sedentary; non-diabetic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use beta-blockers and calcium channel blockers; Do not participate in at least one of the four experimental procedures; Modify your eating habits during the study period; Do not follow the nutritional recommendations of the days prior to the experimental procedures.
