Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: neonates with gestational age greater than or equal to 34 weeks, incluing twins; absence of severe congenital malformation that may lead .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers with positive serology for imunodeficiency virus (HIV); human limphotrophic T virus( HTLV).

| The primary outcome consisted in good practices in the care of the healthy neonate. Late Clamping of the umbilical cord, skin-to-skin contact after birth, and breastfeeding in the first hour of life.
