Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Expected outcomes 1: It is expected that the findings of this study will demonstrate greater effectiveness of Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice (RCDP) as a teaching strategy in the acquisition of knowledge and technical skills in the management of cardiac arrest (CPR), and that it will provide higher levels of satisfaction and self-confidence among undergraduate nursing students when compared to traditional clinical simulation.;Observed outcomes 1: Greater satisfaction and self-confidence were observed in the group submitted to Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice compared to the control group. Regarding knowledge acquisition and effectiveness, both teaching methods demonstrated effectiveness, with positive results in both groups
