Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) - Through the scale, stress, anxiety and depression can be classified as normal, low, moderate , severe and extremely severe. The cutoff points for depression are: 0-9 (normal); 10-13 (low); 14-20 (moderate); 15-19 (severe); and above 20 (extremely severe). Anxiety can be classified as normal (0-7); low (8-9); moderate (10-14); severe (15-19) and extremely severe (over 20). Stress is considered normal between 0 and 14, low between 15 and 18, moderate between 19 and 25, severe between 26 and 33 and extremely severe from 33 points. An outcome between low and normal levels is expected. It will be applied before treatment, 5 weeks after the start of treatment and 15 weeks after the end of the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Professional characterization instrument - The instrument will include the following variables: sex, age, marital status, number of children, religion, monthly income, level of education, sector of activity, training time, length of service at the institution, workload work shift, work shift, type of employment relationship, number of jobs, autonomy, interpersonal relationships, professional recognition, job satisfaction, work overload, insecurity, general health, lifestyle (sleep, alcohol intake, smoking, social and family support), type of service (direct assistance, administrative work, Sterilization Material Center-CME), and signs and symptoms of energy imbalances and characteristic of situations of coping with stress. It will be applied only once before the beginning of the study to characterize the population.;Ryodoraku System - This instrument aims to measure the integumentary electrical resistance for diagnostic purposes by stimulating and inhibiting specific acupoints. These values of the generated electric current flow are, in the Ryodoraku system, transferred to a logarithmic graph on which a Gauss curve interpreted in the diagnosis in terms of energy is drawn up. It has no cut-off point and the maintenance or restoration of the energy balance will be analyzed. Energy balance is expected as a result. It will be applied before the treatment, 5 weeks after the beginning of the treatment and 15 weeks after the end of the intervention.;The WHOQOL-bref has 26 questions, in which the first refers to quality of life in general and the second to satisfaction with one's own health. The remaining 24 questions are divided into physical, psychological, social relations and environment domains. The scores are transformed into a linear scale between 0, which corresponds to the least favorable quality of life and 100, the most favorable. A score closer to 100 is expected. It will be applied before treatment, 5 weeks after the start of treatment and 15 weeks after the e
