Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female handball atlhetes volunteers; attended at least one full competitive season; without upper limb injury for at least six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers feeling pain; swelling; inability to perform physical exercises; symptomatic or asymptomatic orthopedic injuries associated with upper limbs

The speed of the ball will be measured by a radar gun before and after the intervention (p>0.05).;Ball speed did not change after the intervention program in both grous.

Shoulder muscular balance ratio between external and internal rotators muscles evaluated in the before and after the intervention in an isokinetic dynamometer Biodex 4. ;After the intervention there was a significant improvement in the shoudler strenght ratio for experimental group (p<0.05).
