Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being at leats 18 years-old; both genders; being enroled at a Brazillian institution in an undergraduate course

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presenting psychotic symptoms; excessive use of drugs; and/or having suicidal or self-harming ideation or behavior

MeasureTime frame
We expect to find, after the end of the intervention, lower depression, anxiety and stress symptoms levels and escore three months after the end of the intervention, as measured by the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS-21) instrument, and that the results will be maintained three months after the intervention;We expect to find, after the end of the intervention, lower loneliness levels and scores as measured by the Escala Brasileira de Solidão (UCLA-BR) instrument, and that the results will be maintained three months after the intervention;We expect to find, after the end of the intervention, higher assertiveness scores measured by the Escala de Assertividade Rathus (RAS) instrument, and that the results will be maintained three months after the intervention;We expect to find, after the end of the intervention, higher positive mental health scores, based on positive psychology's concept of psychological well-being, measured by the Mental Health Continuum – Short Form instrument, and that the results will be maintained three months after the intervention
