Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eutrophic; age 18 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking; cardiorespiratory and neurological disorders; musculoskeletal injury

Expected outcome 1. Intake of beer (350 ml) will cause sympathetic conduction to remain during the recovery time after cessation of exercise.;Outcome found 1. Beer intake (350 ml) improved recovery at the time after exercise compared to water intervention.

Intervention with beer will cause numerical quantification of LF index (sympathetic conduction), and decrease of SDNN, RMSSD, HF, SD2, SD1 indices (parasympathetic activity).;Outcome found 2. Acceleration in the recovery of autonomic control of heart rate was found in the period after submaximal aerobic exercise in the beer intervention. Presenting significant differences observed in HRV indices the SDNN, RRtri, TINN, LF (nu), HF (nu) and LF / HF between water and beer protocol. The value of p less than =0.05 was considered for the respective indices. When significance was identified, it indicated that there was a delay in the recovery of a given index and at the time evaluated.
