Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals with independent gait; age between 60 and 80 years, regardless of gender, educational attainment or other sociodemographic characteristics; body mass index between 22 and 27; high blood pressure and medication controlled diabetes mellitus; osteoporosis is osteopenia with vitamin D replacement; active or irregularly active by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, absence of neurological, muscular, cognitive deficit that makes it impossible to understand the assessment or verbal commands
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with electronic implants with pacemaker, brain stimulators; prosthesis is pins and plates in lower limbs; arthrosis; epilepsy; diagnosis of malignant tumor; recent unconsolidated fracture; risk of thromboembolism; presence of infectious diseases; insulin dependent individuals; difficulty in adapting to the protocol
