Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male athletes, aged between 20 and 40 years old, running above 50 km / week, and minimum of 4 years of intense physical training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of orthopedic, or cardiovascular or hormonal / metabolic diseases, or anemia.

Secondary: enhance of 1000m running performance with a variation of at least 5% in the pre and post-intervention measurements

Primary: attenuation of the expression of proinflammatory genes verified by qPCR-array technique ranging from at least 5% in the pre and post-intervention measurements ;Primary: attenuation of stress hormones assessed by an automated method ranging from at least 5% in the pre and post-intervention measurements
