Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Crosstraining practitioners between the ages of 18 and 60 who practice for at least 6 months will be included in the study to ensure that participants are familiar with the movements of the sport and with at least 24 hours of rest to avoid the influence of fatigue in the tests. The participation of the subject will be by signing the TCLE. Participants will be divided into 2 groups: Pain / Injury Group (GCD). Participants who present at least one of the criteria, EVA> 5 at the start of the collection, indicate in the demographic questionnaire at least one of the three criteria that characterize musculoskeletal injury (total withdrawal of activity for more than 1 week; of normal training, such as duration, intensity or mode, for more than 2 weeks; physical complaint severe enough to require assistance from a health professional). For the Group without pain / injury (GSD). In this group, participants who present VAS <5 at the beginning of the collection will not be included, reporting none of the definitions of musculoskeletal injury in the demographic questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have a history of fracture or dislocation or who have undergone upper limb surgery, presence of neurological alteration that may influence muscle activation, individuals who practice other than Crosstraining sports involving throwing, weight or great range of motion of the shoulder.
