Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Socially vulnerable women undergoing treatment at the Terra Vermelha Health Unit; aged between 18 and 55 years; who attend the Terra Vermelha Health Unit in the municipality of Vila Velha - ES

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Socially vulnerable women undergoing treatment at the Terra Vermelha Health Unit in the municipality of Vila Velha - ES, who have physical limitations that prevent them from carrying out the activities proposed by the workshop and refuse to do so
