Eligibility

Age
21 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of congenital lymphedema or other cause of lower limb or with clinical diagnosis and lymphoscintigraphy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were lymphedema with osteoarticular problems and active infection during the evaluations.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
At the end of the study should conclude whether the use of compression mechanism of low elasticity adjusted to member presents synergic effect to reduce the lymphedema during activity planned walk over when performing the same activity with the unadjusted compression and without using the compression mechanism. The measures will be considered in assessing the volume, measured by volume, water displacement technique, before and after treatment, considering an alpha error of 5% .

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
At the end of the study should be possible to verify the optimal time for complications such as activity, comfort and discomfort complaints in relation to mechanism of compressiont in the limb during the stages of activity undertaken for the purposes of adaptation and new studies
